Things I do

Coaching, improv workshops, and small useful things. For people who want to make progress without being shouted at about it.

One-to-one sessions for people who know something needs to shift but can't quite see what. Not therapy, not consulting. More like thinking out loud with someone who asks useful questions.

I help people figure out what's actually in the way, then build systems that don't rely on willpower. Small steps over grand plans. No jargon, no homework you'll feel guilty about ignoring.

How it works

We start with a free 20-minute call to see if we're a good fit. No pressure. Just a conversation. If we decide to work together, sessions are regular (usually fortnightly), in person in Bristol or online.

schedule Currently at capacity

My coaching roster is full at the moment. If you'd like to be notified when a spot opens up, pop your name in the form and I'll email you when a spot opens up.

Note: Currently only coaching clients in Bristol, and in-person.

Thanks. I'll be in touch when a spot opens up.

Improv isn't about being funny (though that's a nice side effect). It's about being present. Listening before you respond. Saying yes before you say no.

Together with Imo (co-founder of Bristol Improv Theatre's workplace programme), I facilitate sessions for teams. We don't do trust falls. We build real skills: presenting, listening, having difficult conversations without the usual pain.

  • Speaking with Voice and Presence. Whether you're working on public speaking, a presentation, or just being heard in meetings - this one's for you.
  • Teamwork and Communication. Through a series of (gentle!) improv games and exercises, we build connection and trust within teams that translates directly back into the workplace.
  • Improv Skills for Teaching. Our tailored programme for teachers, trainers and lecturers. How to think on your feet and design sessions people actually want to be in. As featured in The Artistry of Teaching.

Small, useful things. Projects that started as "I wonder if..." and accidentally became useful.

£5 Tool

The Reflection Engine

A set of digital animal totems, each one designed to shift how you approach a problem. The Owl asks better questions. The Fox spots what you're avoiding. The Ant breaks it into steps. It turns AI into a thinking partner rather than just a search bar.

The Find Direction Pack

Five coaching exercises. A cup of tea. A bit of honest thinking. Finding your Pillars, Designing the Life you Want, Find your Ikigai, Your Compass Point, and Write your own Eulogy. No fluff - just five exercises and some space to think.

One Goal, One Step

One cup of tea. One goal that actually matters. One concrete first step for this week. No ten-step masterplan - just the worksheet and some space to think.
